Heidi Grubb is a graduate of Arcadia University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a 3-sport athlete in high school and college, she has a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Dr. Grubb is focused on staying informed regarding the latest research in the field of physical therapy and attends the Philadelphia Sports and Rehab foundation’s sponsored event yearly. Other continuing education includes LSVT BIG certification, kinesiotaping, and aquatic therapy. Dr. Grubb has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association since 2003.
Dr. Grubb, known as Heidi in the clinic, is passionate about providing individualized treatments which are directly supervised by the therapist. Heidi’s goal is to share the knowledge and tools she has gained with you, in order for you to work to manage your symptoms on your own. The direct 1-on-1 session between you and your therapist helps improve technique with exercise and reduce unwanted irritation, allowing for quicker recovery.
When not in the clinic, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their 4 children, London, Everett, Declan, and Cavanaugh. Heidi and her family are rooted in the community and can be found attending local school plays, various fundraisers, carnivals, and sporting events.
