Cindy's study and experience includes a wide variety of knowledge with a common thread of working with people.  Cindy has a license in nursing, has many years of experience in aquatics, and is a graduate of PA School of Muscle Therapy in King of Prussia, PA, earning her license in massage therapy.   During her 20 years as a massage therapist, Cindy has mastered a variety of techniques, including:  Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Watsu (in-water massage) Craniosacral Therapy, Myoskeletal Therapy, Mechanical Link and Myokinesthetic Technique.

In her spare time Cindy enjoys camping, gardening, and basket weaving.  Every fall, Cindy trecks up to northern PA with her sister to giggle a week away, while hiking in the woods, cooking over a fire, and sleeping in a Yurt.
